Lower over ten years

As a multi-purpose unit, the P50 can cut the number of extinguishers a site needs by around half, with no annual engineer visit and no replacement cycle at year five — most sites see a return on investment in as little as 3 years. Move the slider to the number of fire points on your site.

01Which extinguisher do I actually need?
It depends entirely on what can burn. Class A carbonaceous risk (paper, wood, textiles) is covered by foam, water mist or ABC powder. Class B flammable liquids need foam, ABC powder or Monnex. Class C flammable gases need ABC powder or Monnex; nothing else carries a Class C rating. A commercial fryer needs a dedicated 75F Class F unit. Lithium-ion battery risk needs AVD. Solar arrays need PVSTOP. Most premises need a combination. The matrix above is the short answer, and a free evaluation is the accurate one.
02Why don't these need an annual engineer service?
The P50 is a composite cylinder with twin pressure indicators and a sealed charge, built so the annual check can be done in-house by a trained member of your own staff rather than a visiting engineer. Indicators, tamper seal, date stud, logbook. About two minutes. There's no year-five discharge test and no refill. We supply the written procedure and logbook at commissioning so the check stands up in your fire risk assessment. This also suits premises where getting an external engineer on-site isn't straightforward — banks, police stations, MOD and government buildings, royal households and other access-restricted or high-risk sites.
03Do you deliver across the UK?
Free delivery is available to mainland UK. Typical delivery in 2–5 working days.
04What if I don't know what I've got?
That's most people, and it's what the evaluation is for. We'll walk the premises, record what's on the wall now, identify what the risks actually are, and give you a written specification, including where you're currently over-provisioned. Telling someone they need fewer extinguishers than they thought is a normal outcome.
05Returns
Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they remain unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or was sent incorrectly. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
